Residential Mowing
Mowing is performed 26 times per season. There are two cuttings in April, then weekly from May through September, and finishing with two mowings in October. All mowings will be at 3 1/2” as warranted by current weather temperatures.
Our goal in the spring is to enhance the natural instincts of your lawn to “green-up” and obtain as dense and lush stand of lawn as early and fast as possible. Clippings will be recycled into the turf on all large open areas and collected on smaller areas, for example, town homes and condominium units.
Spring & Fall Clean Up
Cleanups require care and practice, so leave it to us to bring your garden back to its best. Leaf clean up services during the fall and bed cleanup after winter are two of our most popular cleanup services.

Flower Planting
Wiseview Landscaping LLC offers a variety of flowers available to plant in your spring flower beds. We will turn the soil and remove any debris or dead matter from the year before. We offer hanging baskets and potted flowers for hardscape areas as well. Allow us to liven up the atmosphere of your backyard. Bulbs can also be planted in the Fall.
Weed Control
Wiseview Landscaping LLC handles weed control both chemically and physically. Commercial properties are addressed once a week during the mowing service. Any weeds in mulch or rock beds larger than three inches in height will be pulled while smaller younger weeds are eliminated with round up or similar herbicide. This allows mow crews to maintain efficiency while still maintaining a good overall appearance.
Pruning
Wiseview Landscaping LLC will prune shrubs as well as deciduous trees up to ten feet. When pruning, our crews use a variety of techniques to ensure landscapes continue to grow strong and lush but do not become overgrown.
Fertilization
Fertilizer is applied three times per season.
Each step is made up of balanced release mixtures of Nitrogen (N), Phosphorus (P), and Potassium (potash or K). Auxiliary ingredients are included at different stages throughout the season. These include control of pre-emergent weeds, Iron (Fe).
